Chad Lanham, owner of Mid-Carolina Landscaping, is a West Virginia native, but has spent most of his life here in South Carolina. His first job in the industry was as a teenager working on the golf courses of Fripp Island in the summer. This is where he first developed an interest in turf management. After graduating from Orangeburg Prep, Chad fulfilled his dream of playing football for the University of South Carolina and holds a Bachelors of Science Degree from USC. He then attended Emory-Riddle Aeuronautical University, and graduated with a Masters Degree. Chad holds a Commercial Pilot’s License and has many hours in the sky. Along with flying often, Chad has never let go of his love of being outside, lawn maintainence, helping clients achieve curb appeal, along with providing the very best in customer service. He has been in the turf industry for 15 years now and still has the same energy, compassion and drive as that teenage boy in Fripp so many years ago.
